Deceived: When a top secret Pentagon experiment intended to release paranormal powers goes out of control at the same time that a Sierra Nevada observatory receives an apparently extraterrestrial signal, it's believed that the two are connected.

Colonel David Garrett (Louis Gossett, Jr.) heads out for the observatory while computer expert Jack Jones (Judd Nelson) attempts to share the signal with the entire world. Before long, it is evident that the signal has darker origins, with the potential to unleash some very bad things in the world. From the producers of LEFT BEHIND.
