The Divine Delivery Theory that Oliver has developed will be put to the test when he and his cohort of POstables are unable to deliver a damaged letter from a veteran which is a matter of life and death.  By the Grace of God, they’ve always been able to make the deliveries at just the right time when it’s needed most.  Oliver’s with cannot be shaken, but his father Joe has doubts.  As Rita and Norman take a road trip to follow leads in the veteran’s urgent letter, their relationship also goes to the next level as they’ve most needed. 

All the while Joe and Oliver take a father-son backpacking trip where they end up having a life-threatening injury that must be carefully dealt with.  When Oliver is absent from work, Shane leads a rescue mission and employs the help of a police officer who is one of Oliver’s friends.  When it all seems lost, the most important thing is found.  To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven.
